In 1994, I saved my service company from bankruptcy, then navigated through the crises of 2008 and 2020, ultimately leading it to a multi-million exit in 2024.

MY STORY
My company was about to shut down.
It wasn’t the market. It wasn’t bad luck. In 1994, I simply didn’t have the tools to keep my business alive. I learned the hard way what it truly means to run a company: sleepless nights redoing the numbers, tough decisions, moments when you don’t know if you’ll still be there next month.
I made it through.
Then came 2008. The world stopped, clients disappeared, banks shut off funding. I held on, changed what wasn’t working, and protected what mattered.
I held on again.
In 2020, I did the same. While many were closing, I had already learned—twice—that crises must be faced with clarity, not fear. In 2024, I sold my company.
A multi-million exit, built brick by brick over thirty years.
Today, I work as a consultant not because I studied it in books, but because I’ve lived through every possible scenario firsthand. I know what it feels like when your business is shaking.
And I know how to rebuild it.
